Mr. Cau is a Director and was appointed Chief Operating Officer in 2010. He has over 28 years experience in the mining, mineral processing, material handling, construction and heavy manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Zamin Ferrous, Mr. Cau served as a Senior Vice President and Managing Director Australasia for SNC-Lavalin and as Vice President of Project Delivery and Project Director at BHP Billiton where he was also an EXCO member of the Aluminium CSG. In addition, Mr. Cau worked at Bateman Engineering Pty Ltd where he served as the Global Business line Manager Base Metals, Australian Business Manager and was a member of the Board. Mr. Cau has a B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from Wits University and an executive MBA from Wits Business School.

(B.Sc.), Head of Business Development
Mr. Kannengieser is Head of Business Development and is responsible for the financing of Zamin Ferrous' different operations. He has over 25 years experience as an investment banker with firms including Merrill Lynch, Credit Suisse and Lehman Brothers where he was responsible for structuring equity and debt financings for emerging market corporations and governments in the CIS, Middle East, Turkey, Balkans and South America. In addition, he worked for many years in various risk management groups structuring credit, interest rate and currency derivative products for corporate and investment clients. Mr. Kannengieser has a B.Sc. degree in Naval Architecture from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

(B.Sc., B. Eng., M.Sc., Ph.D.), Country Manager - Uruguay
Dr. Puntigliano was appointed Country Manager for Uruguay in 2009. Prior to joining Zamin Ferrous, Dr. Puntigliano served as a Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Ports Administration, a member of the Board of the Uruguayan Central Bank and as interim Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Uruguayan Railway. He has also held a number of other executive appointments including head of operations for MAN Technologie AG (Aerospace) in Hamburg, Uruguayan Director of the Panamerican Institute of Naval Engineering, and President of the Uruguayan Logistic Cluster. Dr. Puntigliano has a Ph.D. and degree in Naval Architecture from the University of Hamburg-Harburg, a degree of Naval Architecture from the University of Hamburg, a degree of Marine Engineering from the Universidad de la República of Uruguay and B.Sc. from the same University. In 2003 Dr. Puntigliano was awarded with the German National Prize of Naval Architecture given by the German Society of Naval Architecture.

(B.Sc. Wet. Eng., B.Com., MBA), Project Manager - Uruguay
Mr. Holmes was appointed Project Manager in 2010 and is responsible for the Valentines Iron-Ore Project. Prior to joining Zamin Ferrous, he served as Project Manager for SNC-Lavalin, Australia where he worked on Vale's Malaysia iron ore project. Mr. Holmes has over 22 years of mining industry experience having worked as a professional minerals processing engineer and project manager with companies including Guinea Alumina Corporation, Bateman Engineering Pty Ltd, Hatch, De Beers and Amcoal. Mr. Holmes has a bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mineral processing) from the University of Witwatersrand, Bachelor of Commerce from the University of South Africa and MBA from Wits Business School. He is a registered professional engineer and member of SAIMM.

(MSc, BMS), Business Development Director - LatAm, Country Manager - Brazil
Mr. Shah joined Zamin Ferrous in 2006 and is responsible for business development in South America. In 2009 he was also appointed as the Country Manager for Brazil. Over the last 5 years Mr. Shah has headed several acquisitions, joint-ventures and mineral developments in Brazil, Peru, Bolivia and Chile, gaining experience across various jurisdictions in Latin America. Prior to joining Zamin Ferrous, he worked with ICICI Bank on Investment Banking operations. Mr Shah holds a Bachelor of Management Studies from University of Mumbai and Masters in Finance and Investment from the University of Nottingham.

(CA, B.Com), Group Finance Director
Mr. Pratap joined Zamin Group in 2008 and was appointed Group Finance Director in 2011. He is responsible for the finance & accounts function and to raise project finance. Mr. Pratap has over 14 years of experience in fund raising, merger & acquisition, treasury, taxation, business planning, accounting, audit and management advisory functions in diverse industries. Prior to joining Zamin Group, he worked for Global Steel Holdings Limited in different finance functions for their various Steel and Coke manufacturing plants in Bulgaria, Bosnia, Libya and Nigeria. Mr. Pratap also worked as a management advisory consultant with Singhi & Company, one of the leading audit & advisory firms in India. He did his internship with Singhi & Company. Mr. Pratap is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate from University of Delhi.

(BA, LLB), General Counsel
Mr. Macdonald is a lawyer with over 15 years experience practising finance and commercial law, predominantly in the resources sector. Mr. Macdonald has served as Zamin's General Counsel since December 2010 and previously was a Partner of leading Australian resources law firm Chambers & Company operating out of Melbourne, Perth and Beijing. He has also worked for Mayer Brown and Clifford Chance in London, Hong Kong and Amsterdam. He has acted as lead lawyer on the development and financing of numerous international resources projects and has specialist expertise in negotiating and documenting mining joint ventures, with a particular focus on China. His experience extends to projects in more than 20 countries. Mr. Macdonald has a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Laws degree from Monash University, Australia and is qualified to practise law in both England and Australia.
